You will not find any other Arab nations created by the Ishmaelites nor will you find the Ishmaelites outside of the land of Canaan / Israel.
You will find that Esau produced children with the daughters of Ishmael and of course you will find later that the Israelites married the Edomites... some of the descendants of Ishmael would indeed be Israelites.

The Ishmaelites were the ONLY Arab descendants of Ishmael and they were an insignificant number in the Arabs of the bible.
All of the rest of these Arabs in the Old Testament were not descendants of Ishmael, nor were they the descendants of Isaac ... and yet Every Israelite in the bible is a composite of the descendants of Ishmael AND the Israelites are descendants of the Havites, Hittites, Moabites, Midianites, Chaldeans/Iraqis, Syrians, Canaanites, Jebusites, Ammonites, Philistines, Babylonians, Egyptians and on, and on and on... the Ishmaelites were but a tiny fraction of the Arabs which existed before Abraham or Ishmael were ever born.
